• Design and development of solutions in SAP SuccessFactors for a retail environment (HQ + stores + operations)
  • Analysis and optimization of HR processes in a dynamic business environment
  • Collaboration with HR, operational, and IT teams on implementations and system changes
  • System configuration in accordance with business requirements and global standards
  • Participation in rollouts to new markets and locations
  • Cooperation on integrations with payroll, time management, and e-commerce tools
  • Implementation of improvements in the area of employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, learning)
  • Support for HR analytics and reporting (e.g., People Analytics)
  • Participation in testing, implementation, and system stabilization
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors consultant
  • Experience working with one of the modules (EC / PMGM / RCM / LMS)
  • Knowledge of HR processes in distributed organizations (retail / operations is a plus)
  • Experience in implementation or transformation projects
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders and understand operational needs
  • English at minimum B2+/C1 level
