Responsibilities:
- Design and development of solutions in SAP SuccessFactors for a retail environment (HQ + stores + operations)
- Analysis and optimization of HR processes in a dynamic business environment
- Collaboration with HR, operational, and IT teams on implementations and system changes
- System configuration in accordance with business requirements and global standards
- Participation in rollouts to new markets and locations
- Cooperation on integrations with payroll, time management, and e-commerce tools
- Implementation of improvements in the area of employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, learning)
- Support for HR analytics and reporting (e.g., People Analytics)
- Participation in testing, implementation, and system stabilization
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors consultant
- Experience working with one of the modules (EC / PMGM / RCM / LMS)
- Knowledge of HR processes in distributed organizations (retail / operations is a plus)
- Experience in implementation or transformation projects
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and understand operational needs
- English at minimum B2+/C1 level
